Sefton OPERA, who regularly provide pampering sessions, chair exercises and tai chi at our Centre, are holding a Keep Warm, Keep Well event at the Atkinson on Monday November 17 from 10.30am to 12.30pm followed by a Tea Dance from 1.30pm.
There will be information stands from organisations across Sefton who want to keep elderly Sefton residents safe and warm this winter. Lunch will be provided and lots of freebies distributed. The event is free to attend.
